hellooo there, my name’s kayla.
INFO - 5’7” 1/2 and 140 pounds, don’t have a six-pack, definitely against anorexia and bulimia, no GW/UGW/HW/LW or any of that stuff here, and i’m not trying to lose weight— if it happens, it happens! instead, my goal is to gain more muscle/maintain my physique.
just finished up my freshman year of college at uc berkeley (go bears!). my intent is to major in nutritional science with a specialization in physiology and metabolism.
on the side, i work as an intramural volleyball official at our recreational sports facility and am looking to get involved with the gym in other ways as well. i’m also in a sorority (kappa alpha theta) and mentor for the local ywca’s youth mentor program.
in high school, i served as asb vice prez my senior year, was in link crew and our student ambassador program, and was also the class of 2012 valedictorian. i played volleyball for ~7 years competitively and also ran track for around the same time (discus, 100-m and 300-m hurdles, long jump, and triple jump). oh, and growing up with two older brothers, i definitely have a gamer side haha.
as you can see, it’s possible to be healthy while doing so many other things. after a little time, it becomes as natural as breathing. :)
