flourish-md asked: Hello! :) This may be a silly question, but is it bad to work out a stiff group of muscles? And also, I think all the leg exercises I know work the quadriceps; could you tell me something that works the calves too? (Sorry if my English is kind of messy, it's not my first language.)

I have added cardio, but I know that overhauling my diet has been the key so far. Also I'd recommend that person follow your blog closely and look for other healthy weight loss blogs .. they've been a big help for me.

Anonymous asked: in response to what you just told that anon...I'm pretty positive that if you burn more calories than you eat in a day, your body will go into starvation mode. you'd need to have a net calorie intake of AT LEAST 1200 calories to not go into starvation mode. That means that after accounting for the food you eat and the exercise you do in a day, you should have at least 1200 calories...
