you’re still young— so start making small lifestyle changes now. they’ll add up, i promise. :)

a lot of people feel like it’s so hard to “become healthy,” and they get intimidated. really though, start with the little stuff: drinking more water, going for a run/walk every day, and learning how to properly do some exercises. oh, and continue despising drugs and alcohol haha. ;)
